Who is Comet Club?
Comet Club is the place to socialise and let loose. Play table tennis, sing your heart out in our private karaoke rooms, or enjoy delicious food and creative drinks at our well-stocked bar.
How do I make a booking?
For groups of up to 28 people, you can use our online booking tool. Select the date, time, number of people and your chosen activity (table tennis, karaoke or food & drinks). Confirm your booking and pay easily online.
Would you like to book multiple activities? Simply make a separate booking for each activity. This makes it easy to put together your Comet Club experience. For larger groups or bespoke arrangements, please feel free to contact us.
Do I need to pay in advance for my booking?
Yes, for both the karaoke rooms and the table tennis tables, we ask that you pay in advance when making your booking.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
You can change or cancel your booking up to 72 hours before your reservation. You can change or cancel your booking via the link in the confirmation email.
Will I get a refund if I cancel?
If you cancel up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a full refund, minus a €5 administration fee. The amount will be refunded to your bank account within a few days.
What is included with a table tennis table?
When you hire a table tennis table, you’ll be provided with table tennis bats and plenty of balls to play with.
What is included in a karaoke room?
When you hire a karaoke room, you’ll be provided with a TV screen, a professional karaoke system and wireless microphones for singing along.
How many people can play at one table tennis table?
One table tennis table is suitable for groups of 2 to 7 people. Is your group larger? Then you will need extra tables.
How many people can fit in a karaoke room?
Our karaoke rooms can accommodate groups of up to 28 people. We offer rooms in various sizes, so there’s always a room to suit your group size.
Can I bring extra people if the capacity has already been reached?
If there are no larger rooms or extra table tennis tables available, we can often still find a solution. Please get in touch with us.
Will I be able to keep singing for longer?
If your karaoke room hasn’t been booked again after your time slot, you can stay longer for an additional fee. If the room has been reserved, unfortunately it’s not possible to extend your booking. We’d be happy to help you find another available room.
Can I play table tennis for longer?
If your table tennis table is free after your booking slot has ended, you can continue playing for an additional fee. If the table is reserved, an extension is not possible. We’ll be happy to help you find another available table.
Are we allowed to eat and drink at the table tennis tables?
Yes! Our menu has been specially designed so you can play with one hand and eat or drink with the other. You can easily order using the QR code on the table.
Are we allowed to eat and drink in the karaoke room?
Absolutely! Each booth has a tablet that you can use to order your snacks and drinks. Our karaoke hosts will then bring your order to your booth, so you can carry on singing without interruption!
Can I bring my own food and drink?
No, you are not allowed to bring your own food or drink. In some cases, we make an exception, for example for birthday cakes.
Can I bring my own birthday cake?
Yes, that is possible. We do ask that you leave the karaoke room clean and tidy after use. Please mention this in the comments field when making your booking.
What are the rules for children and minors?
- All ages are welcome at the table tennis tables
- For guests under the age of 16 in a karaoke room, at least one parent or guardian (18+) must be present
- We advise younger groups to choose a time slot earlier in the day
- Persons under the age of 18 will not be served alcohol
- In mixed groups (underage and over-18s), alcohol cannot be ordered in the karaoke room
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Our bar and table tennis tables are fully wheelchair accessible, and we have a disabled toilet.
Unfortunately, the karaoke rooms are not wheelchair accessible.
Do you have a dress code?
No, there’s no dress code. Just wear whatever you feel comfortable in and that’s suitable for a night out.
